Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you register, publish, or subscribe to Trustiks.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Trustiks you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Trustiks is
Trustiks analyses a public website you submit and produces a structured business profile. A Free profile publishes that AI-extracted result exactly as shown, as a public HTML page listed in the Trustiks sitemap. A Paid subscription additionally unlocks editing, fact confirmation, structured machine-readable formats (JSON, JSON-LD/Schema.org, llms.txt) and controlled rescans. 3. Registration and domain ownership
To claim and publish a profile for a business, you must register with an email address on that business's own domain (for example you@yourcompany.com). This is how we confirm you are authorized to represent that business. Each domain can have exactly one active owner account.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the business information you submit, correct or confirm. You grant Trustiks a license to host, store and publish that information as part of the service, in the formats and at the trust/publication tier your account is entitled to. You are responsible for the accuracy of any correction you make and for having the right to publish it.
5. Publishing and rescans
Nothing is published automatically. A profile becomes public only after an explicit Publish action. Rescanning a website creates a new private draft for your review — it never replaces your live published profile until you explicitly publish the new draft.
6. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in EUR, USD or GBP, processed securely by Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page's Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Paid features remain available until then.

7. Acceptable use
You may only submit a website you own or are authorized to represent. You may not use Trustiks to publish false, misleading or infringing information, to scrape or attack the service, or to attempt to access another account's data.
8. Disclaimers
AI-extracted content can contain errors, gaps or misclassifications, especially before an owner reviews it. Trustiks is provided "as is" without warranty that published information is complete or that any particular search engine or AI system will use or surface it.
9. Termination
You may stop using Trustiks and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trustiks is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
